NEW INTRODUCTION

     Can you image one day your life without music? Perhaps your answer is not.  We may listen to at least one song in a day. That is The Maiden’s Prayer, which plays at the time you go out to throw out garbage. You may amaze about why we need to listen to the music when throwing out garbage. Therefore we realize that music plays an important role in our daily life, it would influence a person’s mood even behavior.

We listen to the music every day whenever taking a bus, taking a MRT, using a computer etc. If we stay in bad mood; we may choose to listen to slow songs. We consider that may help us feel peaceful. On the contrary, if we stay in happiness, we may listen to quick songs, which make us more excited. However, does it the right way we choose different kinds of music in different mood? Why our emotion will follow the melody up and down? Do different ages listen to different songs? Music has some direct influence on our heart. Sometimes it is more useful than words to cure broken heart. People may felt sorrow and hopeless, when she or he broken up with someone. Listening some similar melody may recall his or her memory, scene may appear in front of them. Then the pain will hit your heart. If the lyrics are what you feel now, you will break heart again.

In order to figure out questions in our mind, we read some articles on the website. We often go to the library. We also discuss with our teacher. We know that step in our daily life is quicker now. Nowadays, we have some stress in our hustle and bustle life. That is why music is more important. We hope everyone can relax by listening to the music. Throughout the music we can let our heart feel peaceful. We have to say it is hard to us to live in a world without the music.

I consider about priority seat and ask myself a question. “Why do a few people have compassion now?” This is my own answer. I think priority seats are considerate. Everyone who sits on this kind of chairs will yield it to someone in need. So everyone has compassion. This is my own thinking. I don’t see what others think about. So I find out an article to read.
According to Ming-sen Wang’s article, I start to ponder on it. He puts some real things into a story. So I can understand quickly. Here is a bus. There are some vacant seats. Everyone will sit on, yet no one will sit on priority seats. At the same time, a person who is humanitarian gets on the bus. He will sit on. If he sees who is disability, he will yield seat. He thinks if he occupies priority seat, he will condemn by conscience. However, who wants to sit on priority seats? If you seat on, you have to yield and you don’t have a seat. This reflects in society. No one wants to seat on. On the contrary, if a person who is hardness he will sit, he will never yield. He just closes his eyes and pretends he doesn’t see anything. Of course, he won’t be that bad. If there are some vacant seats on bus, he will choose to cover that kind of uneasy. However, the use of priority will be lower.
In fact, everyone is the combination of these two people. Ming-sen Wang supposes that everyone sits on normal seats will not yield. Contrary, people sit on priority will. Maybe it is true. So if every seat becomes priority seats no one will sit on a chair. Why not cancel priority seats? Use everyone’s humanitarian mind to yield a chair. Through out this article, I think people have compassion. I can improve my thinking. Almost everyone agrees with it” If human have morality, every seat can be a priority seat.”

Introduction

The word of priority seat is coming from a concept of Handicap-friendly place.
This concept is coming from Northern Europe; hoping people can take care of disability. And then, the priority seat had appeared. Priority seats are a chair which provide a person is elder, children, an expectant mother or physically challenged. Its purpose is considered. Government hopes young people can yield their seat to the elder, weak people and women with children.

Everyone hopes no matter who can enter and use facilities easily. For this reason, every country set up a place for priority seats. Whenever you go, you will see priority seats including bus and MRT.

There is a lot of news about the problem of priority, for example an old man asked to have a seat from a college student. But that student not only refused the man but hit and yelled at him. Another example is three high school students occupied seven seats including four priority seats. And they just chatted loudly and ignored the elders and disabilities. Although there are so many cases, there still have a lot of warm stories about yield a seat.

The recently years there are too many subject about the priority seat. To figure out some questions in our mind, we choose priority seats to do research. We read some articles on the website. We often go to the library. We also discuss with our teacher. We wonder why there are a few people have compassion now. We just want to discuss the meaning of priority seat, and set a priority seat is a good idea or just a way to compel people to yield their seats with reluctant. What is the meaning of existing priority seat?  Why the age of people who have compassion is younger now? Do community services encourage teenager to have compassion about the society? Would community services work out?  

In our mind, we believe that everyone has a compassion mind. We cover it otherwise questions will be easily to solve. If human have morality, every seat can be a priority seat. Yield is a kind of virtue. If all can spread it out, life will be wonderful. We expect to have some influence to encourage everyone has compassion mind even a few.

What is a research paper? A research paper is like a project. We have to do research and find information about our topic. It is different from essay we write before. An essay is just writing, including our feeling and opinions. Maybe it is just what we think about it. It is not based on real things. However, a research paper make us do research. That is why it called a research paper. So if we start to do research papers, we have to take time and go to library or surf the Internet.
A research paper looks like a detail about topic. For example, we do a research paper about chocolate. Our paper will contain what is it, when does it appear, how to make and eat it. It also involves its history. So a research paper has four parts. First, we have to write introduction about what we are going to write. Second, we can start about what you had found. We can mention the information about thesis’ story. Third, it is a part where we can reveal your feeling. After doing a research, we will have some new opinions about what we do. At the beginning, we just know the surface of it. But after that? We will have deeper understand about it. Finally, it is important. We have to write about where we find our information. If you use other’s word, we have to write down the source as well. Our paper will be completed.
To understand our topic, we will need many steps to do it. We have to read a lot of books, doing market survey, etc. That helps we understand it well. And it can also let we have more information about our topic. I also learn we have to notice about the format that context required. So these are what I have learned. I hope my group can do a well project.

1. What is a research paper? 

A research paper is not like an essay. For example, an essay can write anything you want to write, but a research paper you should make sure that your papers is truth. So you need to do research to let reader believe that your research is true. You may gather information from book, internet, interview someone, etc. And you have to check your information with no errors, so you need to look over the data that you had. In order to make your research more clear and easy to understand, you need to synthesize all your information into one paper.
2. What elements does it contain?

There are six parts in this project learning. The first part is to introduction the main idea of this project. The second is to tell us their motivation why they want to research this. The third data analysis, if you don’t have a statistic, people won’t believe you. You need to show them some dates, and they will convince by numbers. And then you need to sum up your research. So you need to have a conclusion. It’s the most important part, you spent one year to get this result. After your project finished, you should put your references on your project. It’s important to show us where your information comes from. Of cause you can put some appendixes on the bottom of the project.
3. What basic knowledge or skill do you need when writing it?

In order to have more background about this project, we need to read a lot of articles. In this project, they use many dates to tell us whether student should wear uniform. They even interview a student from Canada. Then they research the student whether they want to wear uniform which design by themselves. They give reader a lot of numbers and pie charts to clearly convince us. It’s a good idea to let people understand their project.

We are LISAMY. This is our name of Project Learning. Our names combine our English name. One is Lisa, and the other is Amy. The following are our introductions.
My name is Lisa. It is a name called by my English teacher in kindergarten. My Chinese name is Wen-Hui-Chen. I am seventeen years old. My birthday is on October twenty first, so I am a Libra. My hobbies are listening to music and traveling. When I listen to the music, I feel myself come down. I love to travel. That helps me relax myself. I also like to eat desserts. My English is not good enough, but I like English very much. I hope my English is getting better and then I can complete all of my dreams.
My name is Ai-Min Chen. I was born in June 3, 1993. My hobbies is playing badminton, and photography. Also, I have a dream. It is to be a backpacker to travel around the world with my camera. I want to take a great number of pictures. I don’t care about whether the pictures are prefect or not. That I really care is what the pictures bring to me. Then, I will collect them in a book with some of my reflection. I will take notes on my book, and record the place where I had been and things what had happened in my trip. Now, I have a plan. If I graduate from university, I will go backpacking travel to England with my friends. For this plan, I do my best to have a good ability in English. Also, I need to earn money and save it at the bank. That is one of reason I study English, and for this plan I will do my best.
Our research topics are Lomo camera, dolphins and chocolates. Why do we want to choose these three topics? First, Amy is very interesting in LOMO camera. She wants to share it to everyone. Second, dolphins have high intelligence as 7 years old child. Third is also the last, chocolates are not only can be eat but also can become lot kinds of things. And these can cure a broken or sad heart. So we choose these three topics. We hope we can find a lot of fun in our Project Learning.
